All of our students receive high quality information, advice and guidance when considering options after the Sixth Form. There is a detailed and comprehensive programme of activities that support students' application to University and to help them research other avenues of Post-18 training and employment. Examples of the programme include:

  • Specific use of the Unifrog programme from Year 12 onwards looking at university and other post 18 options, grade requirements etc
  • Attendance at a UCAs Higher Education Convention in Liverpool or Manchester where universities from across the UK and beyond are available for discussion and information
  • Dedicated UCAS application day
  • University visits
  • Talks in school from universities on applications and interviews
  • Personal Statement workshops from local university outreach teams
  • Information about summer residentials
