How to Order

SCHOOL UNIFORM

Our school uniform is provided by Uniformity, a local supplier in Handbridge. They supply our daywear and sportswear uniform and also school skirts, shorts and trousers etc. All students are expected to wear the correct uniform to school. Should they arrive with incorrect uniform, they will be sent home to change.

All our school uniform can be purchased directly from Uniformity's website (recommended). 

Alternatively click on the Uniformity Order Form tab which lists compulsory and optional items. Click on 'enable editing' and place the quantity you require below the selected size of each item and the cost will be automatically calculated. The form will either need to be saved or printed then emailed or posted to Uniformity.
Order forms are also available from the school's main reception or just call in to their shop and they will be happy to take your order directly.

Placing Your Order: 

Please place orders by Monday 6th July 2020 to avoid delays.

Online: An on-line ordering service via Uniformity's website is available and on-line payment will be taken when the order is placed. For online ordering click here

Email: Email your form as an attachment to sales@uniformityclothing.co.uk. A member of their sales team will contact you to arrange payment.

Telephone: Call their team on 01244 566486 to discuss your requirements.

Fax: Print out your form and fax to 01244 680797 and a member of their team will contact you to arrange payment.

By Person: Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and government legislation the Uniformity shop is temporarily closed and will not reopen until after the Summer holidays. To help parents with their September 'Back To School' uniform, we encourage you to place orders using Uniformity's new 'click and collect' service through their online shop, before Monday 6th July 2020 http://www.uniformityschools.co.uk/schools/queens-park-high-school   

Post: Print out your form and send with payment (do not send cash through the post) to Uniformity, 22 – 26 Handbridge, Chester, CH4 7JE. Cheques should be made payable to Uniformity Clothing Ltd. A surcharge of £1.50 needs to be added to cheques under £100. Alternatively a member of their sales team will contact you to arrange payment by credit/debit card. 

Methods of Payment 

Payment can be made by debit or credit cards (they do not accept American Express) or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Uniformity Clothing Ltd. A surcharge of £1.50 needs to be added to cheques under £100.

If any parents/carers need to pay by cash you will need to call the shop on Tel: 01244 566486 to place your order. You will then receive a call to say when it is ready to collect and can then pay on collection.

Delivery 

In normal circumstances collection can be made from the Uniformity shop, however in light of the current climate, delivery can be made direct to your home addresses (all orders over £75 are delivered free of charge. There is a £6 charge for orders less than £75). Alternatively, parents can collect their uniform order by appointment only from either our school’s main reception or from Uniformity’s delivery entrance at the rear of their store, usually within 3 working days from receipt of the order.

Click and Collect Service

To help parents with their September 'Back To School' uniform, Uniformity have introduced a new 'Click and Collect' service. This is very similar to the current system of ordering online. If you choose the option to collect from their shop, you will receive an email to say Uniformity have received your order and then receive another email to say when it is ready to collect. 
Please remember to take your four digit order number/Invoice number when collecting your order. 

To guarantee delivery for the start of September 2020, please ensure your order is placed with Uniformity by Monday 6th July 2020

Returns Policy 

If orders require an exchange, a new size will need to be ordered and paid for again online. The unworn items must be put in a sealed bag with a completed returns form. This can be collected by Uniformity when they deliver the new size or dropped off in reception at school ready for Uniformity to collect. Once Uniformity receive the goods, the items are quarantined for 72 hours, unpacked, then Uniformity will credit parents accordingly. All goods can be refunded or exchanged provided that they have not been worn or washed, within 30 days of purchase.
